Dr. Jennifer Tabiza, OD is a boutique optometrist and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles with 17+ years of experience. She leads Eyecare & Aesthetics in Westchester, specializing in dry eye management, ocular disease, and aesthetics. A pioneer of the hybrid dry eye spa and medspa model, she grew her practice into a seven-room facility and now coaches optometrists nationwide on building and scaling cash-pay aesthetic practices. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi, Dr. Tabiza is redefining modern eye care one patient at a time.

Over the last 8 years, he has been consulting with practices to find ways to better understand their patients, the ecosystems in which they work, and how to create a practice of which they can be proud.
